The Tomorrow Seasonal Project is designed to target standout coffees from farmers in transition and feature them as single origin releases. When we realized most of these coffees came from certified organic farms, we decided to make the project a permanently certified organic offering. \u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eRio Blanco Coffee Growers Association represents certified organic growers in the San Ignacio, Peru community of Namballe. These are smallholder farmers with an average of\u003cbr\u003e1-2 hectares in production. These producers operate within the buffer zone of the Tabaconas Namballe National Sanctuary, The area encompassing three river basins and protects a unique Amazonian ecosystem called the páramo including two endangered species: the spectacled bear and the highland tapir.
